- To ensure your orthotics are refurbished to your specific needs, complete our online Lifestyle Questionnaire. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been processed, letting you know your Personal Lifestyle Questionnaire is available.
- You'll receive your like new, refurbished, custom fitted orthotics within 6-8 business days from the date we receive your old orthotics!
